Terms of Service

1. The service

Soloft provides tools for managing clients, invoices, projects, tasks, scheduling, and related business operations, including optional AI-assisted writing features and optional integrations with Google Calendar, Zoom, and Stripe.

2. Accounts and trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including any team members you invite to a shared workspace.

3. Payments

Subscription payments and any invoices you send through Soloft are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Subscription fees are billed on the cycle shown at signup and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Soloft to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email through our booking or sequence features.
• Store or process data you don't have the right to hold (e.g. client data collected unlawfully).
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Your data

You own the business and client data you enter into Soloft. See our Privacy Policy for how it's collected, used, and protected. You can export or delete it, or disconnect any integration, at any time from Settings.

6. Third-party integrations

Features that connect to Google Calendar, Zoom, or Stripe are optional and governed by those providers' own terms in addition to ours. We're not responsible for outages or changes on their end.

7. Availability and liability

Soloft is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Soloft after a change means you accept the update.
